 Bill got his real estate brokers license in Lexington, Kentucky on November 22, 1962.
Bill has been selling real estate in Puerto Vallarta since 1988. Specializing in Marina Vallarta.

From 1988 thru September of 1994, Bill Taylor was the Sales Manager for the mammoth Marina Vallarta Mega Development. From a developer's standpoint, Marina Vallarta has been 99% sold out since 1994.

TriStar Rentals was started in June of 1993 by Bill Taylor as a customer service company to provide property management for the ever-growing list of clients who have bought condominiums, villas, boat slips and commercial spaces from Bill.

Bill Taylor's  office is located directly  on the marina next to the restaurant morgans (almost next to the light tower). English speaking office personal.

Reservation Policy:

A 50% deposit is needed to confirm any reservation.  Balance is due 2 months prior of arrival. A security deposit equivalent to one night rental must be add to your final payment. All rates are plus electric.
Forms of Payment

Rentals are payable in advance by bank wire transfer, or personal check sent to Tristar Rentals account at Bank of America Bank of America.
Cancellation Policy:

Payments received are not refundable for any reason what so ever. Trip cancellation insurance is advised. Access America, Travel Guard, Travelex thru internet.
Rental specials from Time to Time...

These special rates are generally available for longer rental periods, or during off-peak months. Rentals include one cleaning service per week.
