 576 Condominiums, 16 Villas, 51 Boat slips on a 25 acre lot between the cruise ship harbor and the Westin Hotel.
For openers I need to explain to you this information packet is very unprofessional but it’s all I have to work with now.
 The developer is having all the sales brochures, sales sized floor plans, site plan done in the USA and it will take a lot of time to get them.
 Currently only buildings B & C are being sold.
 Buildings A & C to start sales probably in the summer of 2007. Building A will be only 3, 4 and 5 bedroom condos. Only building C & D have 1 & 2 bedroom units.

Most of the 70 sales made in September 2006 were to Shangri-la owners who know how Tres mares will turn out as they own units a Shangri-La now or have seen the models at Shangri-la of which is sold out.

I hate to send out or show to clients in person sales material this unprofessional but if I wait for the proper sales information from the developer the whole project might be sold out!

Project Information
• Construction started mid January 2007 on the sales office and model condos.
• Underground parking structure tower B already dug out with pilings being installed.

The following will be started soon.
• Sea wall around the whole project
• Utilities • Roadways, sidewalks
• Pools • Common areas
• Towers B & C (middle 2 towers)
• Under ground parking Tower C
• 14 Villas with private pools
• 51 boat slip mini marina (25’, 51’ and 71’)
• Spa, restaurant, bars and Aqua bars
• Pilings for towers A and D

Completion to be October 2009 (5 month late delivery grace period)
Completion of towers A and D to be late 2010. Elevators open inside each condo except the one and two bedroom units in which the elevators open within 3-5 feet of your front door. Freight elevators are outside the condos by the steps.
